GOAL: Improve production by 50%

Work to begin the expansion of our Russell facility started in 2020 and is planned to be completed this year.

At the conclusion of the project, our plant will be able to process 50% more wheat protein than before.

Wheat protein is an essential ingredient in both the human and pet food industries. Current supply chain challenges have lead to a shortage in wheat protein and our goal is to help fill this gap.

The growing need for wheat protein is being fueled by consumer demand for high-protein and plant-based foods, including a wide range of bakery, cereal, and alternative meat products. Very few other protein sources offer the same unique binding and rising properties as wheat protein.
